This Patriotic Sequin Bow Tie comes already perfectly tied on a stretchy elastic neckband. The striped red, white and blue bow tie has flat foil dot sequins in red, silver and blue. The center loop is white with silver sequins and the back of the bow tie is blue. Approximately 5 inches wide and 3 1/4 inches tall at tallest point.
